Ruttes barrelroom is full of different kind of barrels where genever rests on oak. Paradyswyn is sometimes called the malt whisky of genevers, and although that’s a compliment, we see it slightly different: this is one of a kind.
apple, raspberry, cherry, juniper, angelica, coriander seed
Notes of tropical fruit, apricot and nuts. An underlying genever signature of malt and spice.
Paradise is on the other side of the distillery. This is where you would have found the very best, specially selected barrels. Those very barrels are now in the back of the distillery.
